We stayed the night in Salida and then went skiing up at Monarch Mounting the next day! Unfortunately it was pretty cold and snowy, but the kids were good sports for the most part. It took Norah and Meika a run to get it, and then they had fun going up and down the magic carpet by themselves. Anders didn't really like it at all and was nervous that I was going to let go of him. He ended up spending a big part of the day in the lodge!
