Last Spring Adeline ran with Landsharks. It was nice because practices were with everyone else that went to school with her and were right across the street after school. It was fun for her and built her confidence running. They had a handful of little track meets that were fun to go to. It was fun because it was a wide range of abilities and just fun, non competitive and enjoyable for all the kids.
