Kiddos

There was a really warm day in March and we set off to get some updated pictures of the kids. It is so hard getting pictures of your own kids! I don't have any problems with other peoples kids, but my kids are so sick of getting their pictures taken and they just ignore me the entire time… at least it feels like it! So here they are Adeline (7 years, 7 months old), Meika (barely 3 years, 2 months old), Norah (5 years, 3 months old) and Anders (8 months old).

Anders at 7 Months

Anders started making movements to crawl at 7 months old. He would get on his hands and knees and pretend like he was going to take off and then he would fall back on his stomach. Still not crawling at 7 months, but close!

Daddy Daughter Dance

Back in February, Norah and Adeline went to the daddy daughter dance with Abe at the YMCA. They looked forward to this so much! They loved getting dressed and getting their hair done. At the dance they got dinner, had pictures taken and danced a lot. Abe said they took turns dancing together and the girls had a blast.

Adeline's Snowflake Performance

Back in February, the 2nd grade had a snowflake musical. They had a bunch of songs about being snowflakes of all different shapes and sizes and how they are all important even though they are different. It was really cute and Adeline was excited about making a snowflake costume!

Pierce's Visit

Back in February, we had our good friends from Ohio come and visit us! It had been a handful of years since we saw them and I missed them so so much! Kara is one of my best friends and I love that we have been able to keep in touch so well. I wish we still lived by each other!

Our week was spent hanging out, going to the zoo, park, ice cream and driving through Garden of the Gods, a photo shoot, playing in the snow, a movie & pizza at the Elementary school, swimming and the boys went snowboarding. It was so fun having the kids play and all of us getting to be together.
