DECEMBER

December was full of fun festivities. Every year, I swear that I am going to be better and do more Christ centered service projects and activities with my kids. Hopefully I will get my act together next year! We did pick a family a do a "secret santa". The girls enjoyed picking out toys for the 4 kids. Adeline was excited to come and drop them off with me. Hopefully one year we can do it where my kids can actually give what we bought to the family personally, but all the ones we have done in the past you just drop everything off to a person that coordinates with the family.

Adeline's little friend Grace and her older sister had a Christmas ice skating show, so I took Norah and Adeline to watch. Afterwards, the girls were also able to ice skate and had such a fun time!









The girls had a Christmas piano concert and did a great job! Horrible, horrible iPhone pictures!!

A random lady at Walmart approached me and went off on how cute my kids were. She pulled out a $20 bill and insisted multiple times that I please take it and buy something for my kids from her. She was incredibly sweet and it brought me to tears. What a great reminder to serve and have charity for others.

The day after Christmas, we once again headed to Utah! Holy Cow, I think that make 6-7 Utah trips in the year 2015? Crazy! We had fun celebrating Norah's birthday and New Years Eve with everyone. We also got to see the Pehrson's! Not long after we ate dinner, the power went out which made for an adventurous night!! And of course we headed down to Mt. Pleasant and played with family down there.
